BIZ Bowl 2013

BIZ Bowl is an annual fun-filled, team and family-oriented event, with companies and individuals forming teams of five, collecting pledges, bowling for two games. Prizes, contests, great corporate team-building exercise.

BIZ Bowl was held over 4 Fridays-at Star Lanes in Greenville on Friday February 22nd, 2013, Friday, March 1st, 2013 and Friday, March 15th at Star Lanes and at Paradise Lanes in Spartanburg on Friday, March 8th, 2013. There were 2 sessions each night-6:30-8:30-p.m. and 9:00-11:00p.m. except for Friday, March 15th there was one session-6:30-8:30p.m.

JA Business Ethics Programs

JA Business Ethics Programs were held on the following dates:

For Spartanburg County High Schools:  “Ethics in Healthy Living”
When: Monday, March 18th, 2013, 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

For Anderson, Oconee, Pickens Counties:  “Ethics in Healthcare”
When: Tuesday, March 26th, 2013, 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Junior Achievement Golf Tournament 2013

The Junior Achievement golf tournament will be held on Friday, June 14th 2013 at The Preserve at Verdae.

JA in a Day

During the 2011-2012 school year “JA in a Day” was delivered by Baldor Electric, Bank of America,  General Electric, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Scansource and RelyLocal employees and several individual volunteers.
Junior Achievement of Upstate SC held “JA in a Day” at Bell’s Crossing,  Chandler Creek , Lake Forest,  Inman, Monaview,  New Prospect, Thomas E. Kerns,  Westcliffe  and West View Elementary Schools. These volunteers delivered an entire Junior Achievement program, comprised of five lessons, in the course of one school day to these Elementary school students.
